Optometrist Associate – Full-Time Position (Amherstburg and LaSalle, Ontario) We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Optometrist to join our busy practice in Amherstburg and LaSalle, Ontario. This is a full-time opportunity with an established patient base, state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, including OCT, Oculus Lipiflow, Lipiscan and a fully equipped eyewear gallery on site. We have an amazing Dry eye clinic that is growing quickly as well as myopic regression. Looking for someone that shares our passion . What We Offer: A modern clinic environment with advanced diagnostic technology A full eyewear gallery with the latest in frames and lenses Experienced support staff to handle pretesting, dispensing, and administrative tasks Associate fee- 23% of gross sales as well as signing bonus Open Monday to Saturday between two locations, providing an opportunity to grow your skills Fun and positive team that loves elevating the patient experience Work with a team of other doctors with a variety of interests and expertise Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye exams and provide accurate prescriptions Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions Collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional patient care Educate patients on eye health, eyewear, and lifestyle vision solutions Qualifications: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in Ontario Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach Passionate about community involvement and advancing eye health Location: We are located in beautiful south in Lasalle and Amherstburg.
