We are currently looking for an exceptionally reliable, friendly, detail-oriented Licensed Optician/Optical Dispensary Assistant who excels in communication and multitasking to join our team!

Responsibilities Include
· Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Assisting patients with selecting eyewear and lenses to suit their needs.
· Ordering, adjusting and dispensing eyewear as well as performing eyeglass repairs.
· Manage patient records and eyewear orders.
· Handle phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
· You will be involved in daily business transactions.
· Assist with all office tasks.
· Patient Screening.
· Medical Ophthalmic Imaging.
What We’re Looking For
· We are seeking a friendly individual who takes pride in being consistently reliable and punctual.
· Previous experience in an optical setting.
· Being a licensed optician or a certified optometric assistant is an asset.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with computers and cash transactions is an asset.
· Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can also work independently.

· Hourly wage range: $24-$34/hour. This will be determined based on previous experience and if an individual is a licensed optician or a certified optometric assistant.
