We’re seeking an Associate Optometrist to join our dynamic team full time. This position is flexible and can include between up to 5 days of patients/week, with at least 1 evening/week (up to 3-4 evenings, if interested), starting as early as February 2027.
Established in 1980, we’re an independent, vibrant, progressive, family-owned, full-service optometry office located on the shores of Lake Huron in Port Elgin, Ontario
Because of our longstanding history in the community, they’re very supportive of our practice, and as a result, we have very high retention rates for sales
Our 25-person team, includes four optometrists, an operations manager, an office manager, a licensed optician, and multiple certified optometric assistants and trained eyewear technicians

We focus on educating our patients at every step along the way, including the exam room and frame gallery - we’re not a high pressure sales environment
Very competitive compensation for our associates and can confirm that you’ll earn between $20-25K/month based on a 4-day work-week (gross billings include professional services and product sales)
We’re closed on weekends, stat holidays, as well as 1-week between Christmas and New Years
