Dr. Sophia Awadia gained her Master Degree in Vision Science & a Doctor of Optometry from the University of Waterloo. Dr. Sophia is the founder and lead optometrist of Yonge Eyes Optometry & Vision Therapy. Sophia is a published author on myopia research & has given several talks and presentations to local groups, schools & other health professionals. She is an associate of the Optometry Extension Program Foundation, a member of the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development.
